For academies
What counts as a player?
A player who is on a team and has parental consent. Players removed from teams are not counted.
What happens after the 2 free months?
You get 14 more days of full access. After that the academy becomes read-only until you subscribe — your data and parents' report links stay safe.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial starts without a card. You only pay if you decide to continue.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
How much time does it take a coach?
About 2 minutes per player on a phone: six 1–5 ratings and a short voice note. AI drafts the summary and the coach can edit it.
How do we collect parental consent?
Tap "Request consent" next to a player or for the whole team. The parent gets a WhatsApp link, reads in plain words what is recorded, types their name and taps "I agree". The app keeps the name, date and wording they saw, and the player can be rated straight away.
Which skills are rated?
Six skills matched to age group and position (goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, attacker). The director can customise them.
Who approves before it reaches parents?
The director. No report is sent without their approval.
How are reports sent?
By email or WhatsApp as a secure personal link. You can revoke a link at any time.
Can we use our logo and colours?
Yes. Reports, PDFs and emails carry your logo, colours and language.
Can I import players from Excel?
Yes, via a CSV file (Greek characters supported). There's a ready template and a preview before importing.
How many coaches can I invite?
As many as you like, at no extra cost. Each coach sees only their own teams.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Parental consent is required before rating, no photos are stored, voice recordings are deleted 30 days after sending, and directors can export or delete data.

Do I need an account or app?
No. Open the link from email or WhatsApp and the report appears straight away.
What does the report show?
A chart of six skills, a comparison with the previous period, strengths, one goal and a tip to practise at home.
How do I give consent?
Your academy sends you a link. Open it, read what is recorded, type your name and tap "I agree". You can withdraw it any time from the same link.
Is my child compared to other children?
Never. The report only shows your own child's progress.
What do the 1–5 ratings mean?
3 means "good, on track". 1–2 means "room to grow", 4–5 means standout progress.
Can I download or share it?
Yes, as a one-page PDF or a share card (without scores).
Can I read it in Greek or English?
Yes, switch language (ΕΛ/EN) on the report page.
Who can see my child's data?
Only the academy and whoever has the personal link. For questions or deletion, contact the academy.
How often will I get a report?
The academy decides — usually once a month or per term.
