Who we are
YoungPro.app is operated by Atmosocial — Dorota Monika Lesinska, sole trader, ATE, Ogdoi 51, 19013 Anavissos, Greece, VAT EL159852520, GEMI 182791203000, email hello@youngpro.app. YoungPro.app is software that youth football academies use to send player progress reports to parents.
Controller and processor
Each academy that uses YoungPro.app is the data controller for the data of its players, parents and coaches. YoungPro.app acts as a data processor on the academy's behalf and processes data only to provide the service, under a data processing agreement with the academy.
For questions about your child's data, or to exercise your rights, please contact your academy first. The academy's contact email is shown on every report. You can also write to us at hello@youngpro.app and we will pass your request to the academy.
What data is processed
Players: first and last name, birth year, team, the coach's skill ratings (1–5), the coach's comments, an AI-assisted written summary, a focus area and a home-practice tip. We do not collect player photos.
Voice notes: coaches can record a short voice note (max 30 seconds) about a player. It is transcribed into text. The recording is deleted automatically 30 days after the report is sent; the text transcript is kept with the report.
Parents: name, email address and phone number, used only to send the report link. Parental consent is recorded by the academy before a player can be evaluated.
Coaches and directors: name, email address and login details.
Usage analytics: technical events such as "report opened" or "PDF downloaded" with internal IDs and timestamps. Analytics never contain children's names or ratings.
Why we process it
To let the academy evaluate players, approve reports and share them with parents; to secure the service; and to measure and improve how the service is used. The legal basis is determined by the academy as controller (typically the parent's consent and the academy's legitimate interest in communicating with parents).
AI processing
Voice-note transcription and the draft report summary are produced by AI models through our AI provider. Only the information needed for the task is sent (the audio, or the child's first name, age group, ratings and the coach's notes). The provider does not use this data to train its models. The coach and the director review and can edit every summary before a parent sees it.
Hosting and sub-processors
Data is stored with our cloud hosting provider Lovable Cloud (Lovable Labs Incorporated), on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Emails are sent through Resend. AI processing uses Google (Gemini models) through the Lovable AI Gateway. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
How long data is kept
Voice recordings: 30 days after the report is sent. Reports and ratings: for as long as the academy uses the service, or until the academy deletes the player. Report links expire after 12 months and can be revoked earlier. When an academy ends its contract, its data is deleted within 90 days unless the law requires otherwise.
Parents' rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your child's data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Academy directors can export or delete a player's data from the app. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Security
Each academy can only see its own data. Access is protected by individual logins and role rules enforced in the database. Report links are long, random and can be revoked. Voice recordings are private and only played through short-lived links.
Partner shop links
Our public pages (the home page, the gear page and a small line under parent reports) can show kit suggestions from partner shops. These are affiliate links: if you buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Suggestions are never personalised from children's data; the report line only links to the gear page for the team's age group.
When you click a partner link we count the click (which offer, which page it came from, the page language and the time). We do not store who clicked: no account, player, IP address or cookie of our own is recorded. Once you arrive at the shop, that shop's own privacy policy and cookies apply.
Cookies and local storage
We use only essential browser storage: to keep you logged in and to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. Partner shops may set their own cookies only after you leave our site for theirs.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we process data changes, and inform academies of material changes.
