The service

YoungPro.app is provided by Atmosocial — Dorota Monika Lesinska, sole trader, ATE, Ogdoi 51, 19013 Anavissos, Greece, VAT EL159852520, GEMI 182791203000. It lets youth football academies rate players, approve progress reports and share them with parents.

Accounts

Accounts for directors and coaches are created only by invitation. You must keep your password private and use the account only for your academy. Academies are responsible for who they invite and for removing people who leave.

Academy responsibilities

The academy is the data controller. It must have a lawful basis for processing children's data, obtain and record parental consent before a player is evaluated, keep parent contact details accurate, and review every report before it is sent.

Acceptable use

Reports must be respectful, encouraging and about the child's development. Do not upload photos of children, sensitive data (for example health information) or content that is offensive or unlawful.

AI-assisted content

Summaries are drafted with AI and may contain mistakes. The coach and director are responsible for checking and editing them before approval.

Fees

Academies are billed per registered player according to their agreement with Atmosocial. Parents never pay and do not need an account.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or change features; material changes will be communicated to academies.

Suspension and termination

We may deactivate an academy that breaches these terms or does not pay. Data is kept for 90 days after termination so the academy can export it, and is then deleted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by the academy in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
